The overall objective of our Human Resource Department is to develop and administer an effective and efficient personnel program that focuses on extraordinary quality customer service and the fair and equitable treatment of our employees.

To achieve these goals, we are adopting Lean Manufacturing principles and in order to move in this direction, understanding that we have to constantly be aware that as change brings new opportunities, it also brings challenges.
