Maintenance

The goal of the Maintenance Department is to ensure maximum machine accuracy and availability. We strive to accomplish these goals through daily, weekly and shift inspections of our molding machines and related equipment. Using highly skilled trades people in the mechanical, electrical and welding trades, we provide a fast, efficient response to any equipment or facility issues that are identified.

Our staff has been actively involved in process and equipment improvements such as conversion of older mechanical operating systems to PLC based controls, upgrades to equipment and their functions, and re-design of problematic equipment and operations. We utilize feedback from operator and maintenance reports, as well as maintenance histories to plan, schedule, and prioritize our maintenance activities in a fast paced, ever changing manufacturing environment.
